The WESTMED® disposable ECG electrodes with foam carrier are specially designed for use in cardiology diagnostics and impress with reliable signal quality from the very first moment. With a diameter of 55 mm, a proven Ag/AgCl sensor and a practical push-button connection, the electrodes can be attached quickly and securely to all standard ECG devices.

The integrated liquid gel is embedded in a sponge and ensures excellent moistening of the skin surface. This enables immediate conductivity and a stable ECG signal directly after application - ideal for situations where fast and precise measurement results are required.

A possible disadvantage of the liquid gel is that it can be squeezed out under strong pressure. It can also leave residue on the skin or smear. Nevertheless, it is highly valued in clinical practice when high signal quality with minimal preparation time is required. The combination of a flexible foam carrier and high-performance liquid gel makes this electrode the ideal choice for routine ECG use in hospitals and surgeries.
