Roche CARDIAC POC NT-proBNP Control

The Roche CARDIAC POC NT-proBNP Control Tests are essential for easy control of the Roche cobas h 232 system. Regular system checks are essential to ensure quality assurance according to the guidelines of the German Medical Association and to ensure error-free measurements. Each package contains two bottles of lyophilized (freeze-dried) serum and a code chip with lot-specific calibration data and target value ranges. These components enable precise control of the measurements of the cobas h 232 system. The stability of the components in the reconstituted control serum is 24 hours at 18 - 25 °C, 3 days at 2 - 8 °C and up to 8 weeks at -20 °C. The serum can be frozen up to four times in the original vial. The Roche CARDIAC POC NT-proBNP Control solution is used in conjunction with the CARDIAC POC NT-proBNP test strips. The kit contains controls for Level I and Level II measurements. For use, the contents of one bottle are dissolved in 1.0 ml of distilled or deionized water. The Roche CARDIAC POC NT-proBNP test strips, Roche CARDIAC pipettes (150 μL) and distilled or deionized water are also required for use.
