Vasofix® Safety

Vasofix® Safety Indwelling Vein Cannula is a safety indwelling vein cannula with an injection port that allows medication to be added without the need for a new puncture. The integrated safety clip reduces the risk of unwanted needlestick injuries and the associated risk of infection. The safety clip secures the needle immediately after withdrawal. The hollow needle made of chrome-nickel steel has a 3-facet sharpening and is very sharp and precise, thus enabling low-pain puncture. The Vasofix® Safety indwelling vein cannula has four fully embedded X-ray contrast strips in the catheter. The cannula with lock attachment prevents unwanted leakage of fluids. The different colour coding makes the sizes easy and quick to identify. The Vasofix® Safety indwelling vein cannula is free of latex and PVC.
