Vasofix® Braunüle®

Vasofix® Braunüle® from B.Braun is a reliable choice for safe intravenous access. With its innovative safety mechanism, the Braunüle offers maximum protection for patients and staff. The safety mechanism cannot be bypassed. The Vasofix® Braunüle® has an FEP catheter that ensures smooth drug delivery and causes little irritation to the vessel walls. An integrated traction injection port allows blood samples to be taken conveniently without having to remove the needle, this increases comfort for the patient. Also worth mentioning is the atraumatic cannula, which ensures a particularly gentle and painless puncture. This unique feature minimises the risk of tissue trauma and bruising. The cannula tip has been manufactured with a 3-facet cut. The transparent wings are coded with different colours depending on the size, which facilitates size identification. The safety indwelling vein cannula has four fully embedded X-ray contrast strips. Vasofix® Braunüle® is latex and PVC free. Each Braunüle is individually and sterilely packaged.
