The i-gel® Plus supraglottic airway device sets the standard in airway support with its innovative features and reliable design. With an extended cuff tip, it offers outstanding sealing pressure, which is particularly important for effective airway support. This airway device minimizes the risk of post-operative complications and is characterized by high first-time insertion success, which contributes to improved patient care.

The i-gel® Plus is equipped with a gastric channel as standard, which enables the insertion of a gastric tube, thus offering additional versatility in use. The integrated intubation ramp optimizes its use as a tube for intubation, while the additional oxygen connection offers the possibility of passive oxygen supply.

This supraglottic breathing aid has been specially designed for routine use and has a color-coded hook ring for easy identification. Sizing and suitability are printed to enable quick selection and safe use. The i-gel® Plus ensures a reliable connection to any standard goose harness through the 15 mm connector. The design includes an integrated bite wedge to minimize the risk of airway occlusion and an epiglottis blocker to prevent unwanted epiglottis fold down. Each unit is individually sterile-packed to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. The i-gel® Plus is available in different sizes to meet the individual needs of patients.
