Discover our selection of examination gloves in the Fleischhacker online store
Examination gloves are an essential component in all medical areas, laboratories and other applications where direct contact with potentially hazardous substances must be avoided. We offer you a selection of different models and materials for every application and special requirements such as allergies. We have both powdered and powder-free gloves in our inventory. The powder on the surface of the gloves is designed to make them easier to put on by absorbing moisture and reducing friction between the hand and the glove. This makes the gloves easier to put on and wear, which is particularly beneficial in environments where gloves need to be changed frequently. However, the powder can cause allergic reactions in some people and leave residues on surfaces.
- Latex gloves, powdered / Latex gloves, powder-free: Latex gloves are flexible and offer an excellent fit and tactile sensitivity. However, some people may be allergic to latex, which limits the use of latex gloves.
- Vinyl gloves, powdered / Vinyl gloves, powder-free: Vinyl gloves are a cost-effective option, but may not offer the same strength and elasticity as latex or nitrile gloves.
- Nitrile gloves, powder-free: Nitrile gloves are a good alternative to latex as they are allergy friendly. They also offer excellent resistance to chemicals and punctures.
- PE gloves: PE gloves are made of polyethylene, a plastic that is flexible, lightweight and inexpensive. They are often thin and transparent.
- Finger cots: Finger cots are often used in medical environments, especially for minor procedures where full hand coverage is not required. They are also used in laboratories, food processing and service, and electronics assembly.
