Aluderm® dressing packs are aluminium vapourised wound dressings which are incorporated into a fixation bandage. The wound dressing is made of polyester fleece and has a hydrophobic PP final layer. The dressing is excellent for all superficial wounds and injuries. Aluderm® dressing packs promote skin formation and healing. The dressing packets are exceptionally soft and supple on the skin. The dressing also has other positive properties, such as not sticking to the wound or being breathable. Aluderm® dressing packs are manufactured without optical brighteners and free of chemical binders.
