Aluminium dressing pack is a dressing material with a gauze bandage firmly bound in. The dressing packs are individually sterilely packaged and are used for the initial treatment of medium-sized wounds. The aluminium vapourised wound dressing is incorporated on an elastic fixation bandage. The aluminium dressings do not stick to the wound and absorb blood or wound fluids through the non-woven core. The breathable aluminium dressings are soft and supple. The aluminium dressings from Leina-Werk GmbH are not chlorine bleached and are manufactured without optical brighteners.
