aluderm® compresses from W.Söhngen GmbH are sterile compresses in a peel pack that remain sterile for approx. 20 years from the date of production. The compress is ideal for first aid treatment of small wounds and is particularly absorbent, so blood and secretions are absorbed immediately. The aluderm® brand stands for perfect wound care. The aluderm® dressing is particularly soft and supple and consists of an aluminium-vapourised wound pad made of polyester fleece, which prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound. The aluminium-vapourised wound dressing does not fibrillate and even supports skin formation and healing. aluderm® Compress is physiologically harmless and free of optical brighteners and chemical binders.
