The aluderm® aluface face mask from Söhngen is a wound dressing with an aluminium vapourised inner surface. The face mask has 2 punched out areas for the eye area, the mouth and nose area adapts optimally to the face, while openings for breathing remain free, so the mask also helps with large-area injuries on the face. The wound dressing is suitable for superficial wounds, burns, abrasions and lacerations. The aluminium vapourised wound dressing made of polyester fleece has a very strong absorbent layer and a hydrophobic PP cover layer. The aluderm® aluface face mask does not stick to the wound and does not fray. The dressing is breathable, hypoallergenic and supports skin formation and healing. The aluderm® aluface face mask is completely free of chemical brighteners and chemical binders.
