Ambu® SPUR® II Resuscitation Bag, adults

The Ambu® SPUR® II gives the user tactile and visible feedback for perfect ventilation. It responds very easily to compression with minimal mechanical resistance. With the SPUR® II, the stroke volume can be excellently controlled and the characteristic design guarantees optimum reinflation. 

Thanks to the demand valve connection on the adult and paediatric bags, 100% oxygen can be administered if required. The unique single-membrane patient valve ensures reliable functionality and the integrated hand strap provides greater user comfort and uniform compression. All resuscitation bags in the SPUR II series have a MediPort (standard Luer LS6) for endotracheal application of medication (without separation from the endotracheal tube).

The paediatric and neonatal bags also have a pressure relief valve which limits the ventilation pressure to a maximum of 40 cm H2O. The Ambu® SPUR® II offers a complete range of resuscitation bags, including neonatal, paediatric and adult sizes, packaged in colour-coded foil bags for quick identification. All Ambu® SPUR® II resuscitators are supplied with individual, resealable plastic carry bags, complete with face mask plus and specialised accessories.
