The Sterican® Safety injection cannulae are thin-walled cannulae that have a precise cut and ensure a painless and gentle puncture. Furthermore, the needles have an integrated safety mechanism which reliably covers the needle and thus prevents puncture injuries. The ground-glass eye is clearly indicated by the position of the needle guard. After removing the cannula, the shield can be folded up easily and safely; a successful click can be felt and heard. Sterican® Safety injection cannulas are made of stainless chrome-nickel steel and a catheter hub made of polypropylene. The cannulas are compatible with the Luer/Luer lock attachment, which prevents unwanted fluid leakage. The Sterican® Safety injection cannulae offer different sizes, which are used in many medical fields. The sizes can be quickly distinguished by colour coding. One package contains 100 pieces.
