The aluderm® special dressings have a practical Velcro strip for quick fixation. They are hygienic and sterile in a single peel pack. The dressing can be loosely fixed in place by the Velcro fasteners and allows for easy and hassle-free wound monitoring. The aluderm® special dressings are ideal for all wounds and injuries, such as burns, abrasions or lacerations and cuts, as they do not stick to the wound. In addition, the special dressings are breathable, hypoallergenic and support healing and skin formation. Due to the aluminium vapourised wound dressing, the special dressings provide gentle wound therapy. The aluminium vapourised wound dressing is made of polyester fleece and has a very high absorbency. The dressing material of the aluderm® special dressings is exceptionally soft and supple. Another advantage is that no optical brighteners or chemical binders are used.
