The Laryngeal Tube LTS-D Emergency Set is an indispensable instrument for securing the airway in emergency situations. The laryngeal tube, a supraglottic airway, is used in general anaesthesia under spontaneous breathing or positive pressure ventilation. The LTS-D version of this emergency set features a double-lumen tube with an additional drainage channel, which increases aspiration protection. This innovative channel allows gastric contents to be drained or aspirated, resulting in effective pressure relief in the stomach. The emergency set is intended for single use, is made of PVC and is sterile-packed. It is available in two versions: for adults it includes LTS-D size 3, 4 and 5, together with a colour-coded syringe. The version for children contains LTS-D sizes 0, 1, 2 and 2.5, also with a colour-coded syringe. This colour coding makes it easier to select the right tube quickly and precisely.
