The LMA™ Supreme™ laryngeal mask with additional drainage tube represents the second generation of advanced laryngeal masks. This mask ensures an effective first seal (First Seal™) in the oropharynx and sets new standards with the innovative second seal (Second Seal™) on the upper oesophageal sphincter. The soft, elongated cuff not only supports a successful First Seal™, but also contributes to the formation of the Second Seal™. The elliptical and anatomically adapted curve of the LMA Evolution Curve™ enables smooth insertion. With a fixation tab and integrated bite guard, this laryngeal mask not only offers a secure hold, but also additional patient comfort. The single-use option ensures optimum hygiene and safety. Applications range from mild to moderately obese patients to abdominal procedures and controlled reflux.
