Curapor® wound dressing is a sterile wound dressing that has a fine voluminous wound pad with very high absorbency. The quick wound dressing is used very often, especially in the post-operative area. The ready-to-use wound dressing consists of an elastic non-woven backing made of 100% polyester and coated with a hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive. The centre wound pad is made of a viscose and polyester mixture. The Curapor® wound dressing is non-adhesive and can be applied and removed painlessly. The wound dressing provides a good cushioning effect and is breathable. The well-adherent plaster is permeable to air and water vapour and can be removed without leaving any residue. The risk of contamination by dirt or bacteria is prevented by the all-round sealed backing fleece.
