Lomatuell® H is a sterile and ready-to-use mesh tulle impregnated with white Vaseline. The mesh is covered on both sides with glassine paper. Lomatuell® H is used for the gentle treatment of superficial wounds, such as burns, dressings after skin transplants and dermatological indications or postoperatively in plastic surgery. The ready-to-use mesh tulle promotes exudate drainage and protects against adhesions; at the same time, the mesh tulle supports the natural healing process. Lomatuell® H can be cut to the desired and required size. 

Lomatuell® H product details:
  • Sterile, ready-to-use mesh tulle
  • Impregnated with white Vaseline
  • For the gentle treatment of wounds
  • Promotes exudate drainage
  • Protects against adhesions
  • Supports the natural healing process
Lomatuell® H material:
  • Carrier material: Wide-meshed knitted tulle, 100 % cotton
  • Ointment composition: White vaseline according to DAB; individually sealed, sterilised (gamma radiation)
