Dynacast® Prelude is a splint system made of a synthetic glass fibre material, which was developed for the immobilisation of fresh fractures or soft tissue injuries. It ensures high strength and stability, so early mobilisation is possible. The easy and quick handling is also convincing, furthermore a padding on both sides offers an optimal patient comfort. Dynacast® Prelude is particularly adaptable due to the high-strength, single-layer glass fibre core, which prevents the risk of wrinkles and the resulting pressure points. Dynacast® Prelude is suitable for partial or complete immobilisation. The splint system can be worn for a few days up to several weeks.
