Fixomull® stretch is suitable for the quick fixation of wound dressings. The skin-friendly dressings are made of transversely elastic polyester fleece and are coated with polyacrylic adhesive, which makes the dressing permeable to air and water vapour. Fixomull® stretch can be optimally cut to the required and desired size, which ensures economical consumption. Fixomull® stretch is radiation-indifferent, which means that X-rays are not absorbed, so the plaster tape can also be worn during X-ray examinations. The viscose gauze is longitudinally and transversely unyielding and offers very good immediate and permanent adhesion. The highly conformable and flexible dressing tape protects against contamination. Fixomull® stretch feels like a second skin and prevents constriction, congestion or circulation problems that occur with conventional dressings. Fixomull® stretch is particularly suitable for joints or contoured areas of the body, it has a firm fit and mobility is still maintained.
