Clearview™ Strep-A-Test

The Clearview™ Strep A test is a diagnostic tool for the rapid and reliable detection of group A streptococci (Streptococcus pyogenes) in throat swabs. These bacteria can cause various infections, including tonsillitis, otitis media and scarlet fever. The test is based on an immunological test procedure, the chromatographic immunoassay rapid test, which enables a qualitative determination of Strep A antigens.
