The BD Eclipse safety blood collection needles are a reliable solution for venous blood collection in the medical environment. They are designed to minimize the risk of needlestick injuries while ensuring easy and efficient handling. The safety cannulas have a fully integrated shield that protects against accidental needlestick injuries. This shield can be activated with one hand, making it particularly easy to use. The cannulas are specially designed for use with the BD Vacutainer system. They fit seamlessly with all Vacutainer disposable holders and enable smooth blood collection. After use, the cannula can be easily and safely disposed of in a standard cannula disposal container. The safety mechanism engages irreversibly to prevent the needle from coming out again. The BD Eclipse safety blood collection needles are available in two sizes: 21 G (green) and 22 G (black) to meet different requirements. Each pack contains 48 safety needles. These safety needles allow healthcare professionals to draw blood safely and efficiently while minimizing the risk of needlestick injuries.
