The MAD140 nasal atomizer with ampoule adapter and syringe is an innovative medical device for the needle-free administration of medication via the nasal mucosa. It was developed to apply active ingredients quickly, painlessly, and effectively, bypassing the first-pass metabolism of the liver. Thanks to its unique design, the MAD140 completely seals the nostril during use and produces a particularly fine spray mist that is optimally distributed over the nasal mucosa. These fine particles are immediately absorbed by the well-perfused mucosa and thus enter the bloodstream directly, enabling a particularly rapid onset of action.

Thanks to the ampoule adapter and disposable syringe supplied, the desired medication can be easily drawn up and precisely dosed. The soft, flexible tip of the nebulizer adapts to the shape of the nose and ensures a tight fit, allowing the entire active ingredient mist to enter the nasal cavity efficiently. This makes the MAD140 particularly user-friendly and easy to use even for untrained personnel, even in time-critical emergency situations.
