The BD Vacutainer blood collection tubes with lithium heparin are essential for the safe and precise storage of blood samples. Made of high-quality PET, they have a diameter of 13 mm and a length of 75 mm, with a green color cap that indicates the presence of lithium heparin. These tubes contain a lithium heparin additive at a concentration of 17 IU/ml that inhibits blood clotting to ensure accurate analysis results. Each pack contains 100 tubes with a collection volume of 4 ml. Equipped with a Hemogard closure, they offer additional safety and minimize the risk of needlestick injuries. They are specially designed for blood collection and can be connected directly to a venous cannula. The green color cap makes it easy to identify the anticoagulant. They are ideal for daily use in laboratories and medical facilities and provide a reliable solution for blood sample storage and analysis.
