Durelast® bandage from Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG is an ultra-short-stretch bandage that compresses extraordinarily strongly and is permanently elastic with a very short stretch. They are used for phlebological therapy, among other things, due to the strong compression. Furthermore, the bandages can be used for the treatment of acute and chronic lymphoedema. The Durelast® bandage can also be used excellently in sports medicine, for support and relief in the case of sprains and contusions. Durelast® bandage is made of 66% cotton and 34% polyamide and is permeable to air and water vapour. The bandage can be washed at up to 60°C and can therefore be used several times.
