Foxseal™ Chest Seal Thoracic Patch is a non-valved chest seal, allowing open chest injuries to be treated with the closure patch. The thorax patch prevents the formation of a tension pneumothorax. Foxseal™ Chest Seal Thoracic Patch has excellent adhesive retention, in the event that air needs to escape from the chest cavity, a flap can simply be lifted and resealed afterwards. The adhesive performance of the Foxseal™ Chest Seal Thoracic Patch lasts from -18°C up to + 55°C. The occlusive dressing is in a sterile compact pack and fits in almost any IFAK without folding.
