Derma-Care® dressing packs are dressing packs for low-germ wound coverage. The hypoallergenic and highly absorbent dressing has a hydrophilic PP non-adhesive fleece which prevents the wound from sticking. The Derma-Care® dressing pack has a very high absorbency of 2000g/m² and is hypoallergenic. Derma-Care® dressing packs are sterile packed and have a shelf life of 20 years. The sterile dressings are manufactured without chemical binders.
