Meliseptol® pure, surface disinfection

Meliseptol® pure is a ready-to-use surface disinfectant that has been specially developed for medical equipment and alcohol-resistant surfaces. Thanks to its broad spectrum of efficacy, it ensures reliable disinfection in clinical and professional environments. It is bactericidal, including MRSA, yeasticidal, tuberculocidal, mycobactericidal and offers a limited virucidal effect PLUS, making it effective against enveloped viruses as well as noro-, adeno- and rotaviruses. The short exposure time of 1 minute or less allows for quick and efficient use.

Meliseptol® pure is free from amines, quaternary ammonium compounds and aldehydes, making it particularly gentle on materials and skin. The product is fragrance-free, making it ideal for use in sensitive areas such as hospitals, doctors' surgeries and care facilities. It can be used as a saturating liquid for the B. Braun Wipes to further facilitate cleaning.

The disinfectant is listed in both the VAH and IHO disinfectant lists, which underlines its effectiveness and quality. It is very easy to use: Meliseptol® pure is either poured directly from the dosing bottle onto a disposable cloth and the surfaces are completely wetted, or it is applied to the surface using a spray bottle and then distributed with a cloth. It is not necessary to dry the surfaces to ensure the effect.

Please note that Meliseptol® pure is not suitable for alcohol-sensitive surfaces such as acrylic glass. This is a disinfectant for professional use, the labeling and product information for which should be carefully read before use to ensure safe use.
