The electrodes for adults and children weighing over 25 kg or aged 8 and older enable fast and safe patient care in an emergency. The version for this patient group is equipped with a blue connector. The defibrillation electrodes are heat-sealed in pairs in a hygienic foil pouch, providing optimal protection. Visual placement instructions printed on the foil pouch assist with the correct positioning of the electrodes and facilitate quick and safe use, even under time pressure. To ensure a particularly efficient emergency response, the electrodes are available both as a standard version and, optionally, as a pre-connected version. With the pre-connected version, the electrodes can be stored already connected to the defibrillator, saving valuable time in an emergency. The FRED easy defibrillation electrodes for adults are compatible with the FRED easy, FRED easy Life, FRED easy manual, and FRED easy professional models, as well as with the DEFIGARD models DG4000, DG5000, and DG6002. They cannot be used with the FRED easyport.The electrodes have a service life of about two years and are supplied as a pair in the selected version. A separate version with a yellow connector is available for children weighing less than 25 kg or under 8 years of age.
