Multistix® 10 SG urine test strips are an indispensable tool for the rapid and reliable analysis of urine samples, making them ideal for the early detection and monitoring of various health conditions, including kidney disease, urinary tract disease and diabetes mellitus. An outstanding feature of the Multistix® 10 SG is ascorbic acid stabilization. This technology effectively prevents false results caused by the presence of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in the urine, ensuring accurate and reliable results. The test strips are designed to be particularly short and flexible, which facilitates handling and enables precise measurement even with low sample volumes. The Multistix® 10 SG urine test strips can detect pathological changes, such as the presence of erythrocytes (red blood cells), protein and pH changes in the urine, which could indicate kidney or urinary tract diseases. In addition, the test can also be used for the early detection of diabetes mellitus by detecting the presence of glucose in the urine. The Multistix® 10 SG are compatible with the Clinitek Status, Clinitek Advantus and Clinitek 500 urinalysis devices, allowing flexibility of use in different medical settings. One pack contains 100 test strips covering qualitative parameters such as nitrite and bilirubin as well as semi-quantitative parameters such as glucose, protein, pH, ketone, urobilinogen, (occult) blood, specific gravity and leukocytes.
