STAVANGER® XL1000, Type HvO Plus completely filled

Filled with the equipment according to DIN 13155 and oxygen, the STAVANGER® XL1000 type HvO is the pre-assembled emergency backpack for emergency use. 

The robust STAVANGER XL1000

The rescue backpack has ergonomically shaped shoulder straps for high wearing comfort. Especially for longer rescue routes this is an essential comfort. In addition, the XL1000 has an auxiliary handle for shouldering the backpack and a 2-piece plastic carrying handle for easy removal from the rescue vehicle. A retaining rubber attached to the back ensures that the shoulder straps stay in place. Thus, they do not interfere if the backpack is carried as a suitcase.   

The XL1000 is made of original CORDURA® fabric with a truck tarpaulin front. The 4-cm-wide polyester webbing is a circumferential edge protector and is double-stitched to the backpack's body. It additionally keeps the backpack in shape. The loop is secured by cross stitching, rivets and an additional webbing section, and has been tested for tensile properties. The winch loop, integrated into the edge protection, serves as an anchor point for high-altitude rescue and can also be used as a makeshift handle. The 3-sided, 2-way zippers are equipped with double-edge piping to withstand external influences. The case halves can be opened thanks to the zipper system, which allows you to easily work from the case.

Practical working directly from the backpack

The front and interior are made of high-quality truck tarpaulin, a polyester backing fabric with polyvinyl chloride coating on both sides. It is stain-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof and weather resistant. The smooth surfaces inside and outside of the backpack can be easily washed and disinfected. The STAVANGER XL1000 has a self-assembling center panel with various rubber loops, mesh pocket and transparent pocket for flexible material storage. The new push-button system for the internal erectable center panel allows the easy changing of the optionally available center panels.

In this filled STAVANGER XL1000 model, six container modules and the oxygen holder are included. Access opening from the top of the container and system modules allows easy material removal from within the module. The oxygen holder with additional security via a rotating plug-in lock can hold oxygen cylinders from 0.8 to 2 liters.
