Spineboards are flat, stable stretchers on which the patient is fixed in the supine position. They are particularly suitable for the immobilization of spinal injuries and are often used in combination with pelvic slings to ensure safe immobilization of the entire body. Pelvic slings are placed around the patient's pelvis and serve to stabilize the pelvis and hip. They are particularly important in cases of suspected pelvic fractures or other injuries in the pelvic region.
Transfer aids are special aids used to move patients safely and gently, for example from bed to stretcher or vice versa. They are particularly important for immobile patients or those with limited mobility.
Universal splints for emergency use

Immobilization collars or colloquially known as cervical collars
Immobilization collars are placed around the patient's neck and are used to immobilize the cervical spine. They are particularly important in cases of suspected cervical spine injuries and should only be applied by trained medical personnel.
