DermaCare® from W. Söhngen GmbH are sterile cloth compresses packed in peel packs for the gentle covering of wounds and for wound aftercare. The viscose fleece is particularly soft and supple and gives the patient a comfortable feeling. In addition, the cloth compress has an enormously high absorbency of 2000 g/m². DermaCare® cloth compresses have a smooth surface and hydrophilic PP non-adhesive fleece on both sides, which prevents them from sticking to the wound. DermaCare® cloth compresses are particularly gentle on the skin and breathable, furthermore they are physiologically completely harmless and are manufactured without chemical binders and without optical brighteners.
