DermaCare® are sterile cloth compresses packed in peel packs for the gentle covering of wounds and for wound aftercare. The viscose fleece is particularly soft and supple and gives the patient a comfortable feeling. In addition, the cloth compress has an enormously high absorbency of 2000 g/m². DermaCare® cloth compresses have a smooth surface and hydrophilic PP non-adhesive fleece on both sides, which prevents them from sticking to the wound. DermaCare® cloth compresses are particularly gentle on the skin and breathable, furthermore they are physiologically completely harmless and are manufactured without chemical binders and without optical brighteners.
