Mollelast® haft from Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG is a latex-free cohesive fixation bandage. The fixation bandages are made of 56% viscose and 44% polyamide, which is covered with a synthetic micro-coating. The longitudinally elastic fixation bandage is stretchable up to approx. 65% and can be sterilised with steam (134°C). Mollelast® haft is ideal for the fixation of wound dressings, for supporting and relieving joints and as a compression bandage. In addition, the cohesive fixation bandage convinces with high-quality and stable woven edges, which prevent thread formation at the edge. Mollelast® haft are particularly comfortable for the patient to wear; they are breathable, soft and supple. The particularly skin-friendly cohesive fixation bandages provide a reliable hold with only a few bandage turns, making them particularly economical to use.
