Er enthält einen Padshalter (989803150011), so dass SMART-Pads III geprüft und für den schnellen Einsatz aufbewahrt werden können. Außerdem bietet er Platz für Ersatz-Pads und den optionalen Kinderschlüssel.
Das grün blinkende Bereitlämpchen des FR3 ist durch das Klarsichtfenster gut sichtbar, ohne dass der Koffer geöffnet werden muss.
