The shelf life of the electrodes is approximately 3 years, as the conductive gel can dry out after this time and impair conductivity. It is therefore important to always have a pair of electrodes with a valid expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the back of the packaging. The electrodes should be stored at a temperature between 0°C and 50°C to ensure their functionality.
