Volumetric analysis is the method by which liquids, such as reagents, or titrants, are measured through the volume of reactions in solutions to aid in chemical analysis. Titration is the method used to determine the concentration of the solution. As such, the process requires many individual pieces of volumetric equipment, from a burette to a flask.
