They precisely control the vacuum by regulating the speed of the vacuum pump. The PC 3012 NT VARIO select offers a proven concept for evaporating large volumes of solvents. With its graphical user interface, the VACUU·SELECT vacuum controller provides predefined vacuum processes for all common laboratory applications. During solvent evaporation, the boiling pressure is automatically detected and adjusted to the process progression. Of course, the application, desired vacuum, and other parameters can also be individually configured and controlled. Thanks to VARIO control, the pump does not run faster than necessary. This extends maintenance intervals and keeps the pump system quiet. The suction-side glass separator with a protective coating traps particles and droplets. The discharge-side emission condenser enables nearly 100 percent recovery of solvents, actively protecting the environment.
