Spirostik Blueflow

The Spirostik® Blueflow is a modern, high-performance spirometry system that has been specially developed for use in doctors' surgeries, clinics and medical facilities. It combines advanced measurement technology with user-friendly handling and meets the highest standards of hygiene, accuracy and efficiency. The unique disposable sensor concept reduces the risk of cross-contamination to a minimum. Each patient receives their own hygienic flow sensor, eliminating the need for time-consuming cleaning and disinfection measures. This saves time and at the same time ensures a high level of safety and confidence - for both medical staff and patients. The supplied BLUE CHERRY® software offers an intuitive user interface and is fully compatible with current Windows systems (Windows 10 and higher). The software supports (semi-)automated measurement sequences according to the current ATS/ERS guidelines of 2019 and enables reliable evaluation of test quality according to internationally recognized standards. Integrated reference values such as GLI 2021, ECCS 1993, NHANES III and Zapletal enable individual evaluation for different patient groups. Parameters such as target value, LLN, ULN, % target and Z-score can also be called up.

In addition, a proprietary interpretation graphic provides a quick visual assessment of the test results.The Spirostik Blueflow works with a high-precision differential pressure sensor that offers a measurement accuracy of ±3% or 50 ml/s in the range up to ±16 l/s - naturally in compliance with all relevant ATS/ERS specifications. The low dead space (< 50 ml) and extremely low flow resistance (< 0.07 kPa/(l/s)) make it particularly suitable for use with children, elderly patients or people with impaired lung function. With its compact dimensions of just 76.5 x 30 x 18.5 mm and simple power supply via USB (5 V, < 2.5 VA), the device can be easily integrated into existing practice procedures. The integrated WYSIWYG report generator, the statistical evaluation and an optional children's animation also ensure a user-friendly, pleasant user experience.
