The S-Monovette® Glucose is an integral part of the Sarstedt blood collection system, specially developed for precise glucose measurements. With maximum transparency, it enables optimum visual assessment of the sample material. The closed monovette system allows safe and efficient blood collection according to the aspiration and vacuum principle, which enables individual adaptation to the patient and makes the use of disposable syringes superfluous. This monovette for glucose determinations contains fluoride as a glycose inhibitor and EDTA as an anticoagulant in liquid dosage, which ensures a stable glucose concentration over a period of 24 hours. The yellow screw cap makes it easy to identify the intended use. The S-Monovette® Glucose is suitable for aspiration and vacuum technology and offers protection against infection thanks to the closed system. It can be safely centrifuged and has a secure membrane closure.
