SAM-IO® needle adapter

The SAM-IO® Needle Adapter expands the application possibilities of the SAM IO Intraosseous Access System by enabling the use of alternative IO needle sets. Designed for users who already work with different intraosseous systems or have existing needle sets from other manufacturers in stock, the adapter creates a practical connection between these needles and the SAM IO Driver. The adapter is simply mounted between the SAM IO Driver and the respective alternative IO needle set. It ensures that the mechanical release and the rotational movement of the SAM IO Driver are correctly transferred to the needle. This means that even needles that were not originally designed for the SAM IO system can be placed efficiently and reliably.
