Urgomull® fine are elastic fixation bandages with a soft and fine weave structure. The Urgomull bandages are ideal for the fixation of compresses, splint material or cooling elements, the bandage is also excellent as padding material. Urgomull® fine consists of 41% cotton and 59% polyamide, thus the fixation bandages have a very good absorbency and good modelling possibilities. Furthermore the Urgomull® fine gauze bandages are soft, non-slip and offer a pleasant wearing feeling for the patient and are especially skin-friendly.
