The Transferpette® electronic piston pipette combines the world-wide proven properties of BRAND mechanical pipettes with the advantages of electronic devices. The device was awarded the "Ergonomics Approved" certificate from TÜV Rheinland as the world's first microliter pipette. The hand-crafted design of the electronic, motor-driven piston stroke pipette provides optimal weight distribution, and the infinitely adjustable fingerboard allows the ergonomically natural positioning of the hand to the functional elements. Low insertion and ejection forces as well as optimal fit with most commercially available pipette tips are achieved through the optimized, universal design of the tip receiving cone.
