Laboratory reactor for working volumes up to 2 litres with stainless steel tank

Our modular laboratory reactors are suitable for the development and reproduction of different reaction and mixing processes in laboratory scale. They are daily used in countless application, e.g., in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

The standard configuration contains:
  • Stainless steel vessel, 2 liters, with heating / cooling jacket
  • Stainless steel vessel lid with tri clamp 1.5" connections and sealed central pass-through for the stirring element
  • POLYMIX® PX-MT stirrer with transmission and anchor stirrer
  • Telescopic stand
Design and possible variants:
  • Minimum operating vol. (stirring unit) 450 ml
  • Minimum operating vol. (dispersing unit) 1100 ml
  • Maximum operating volume 2000 ml
  • Maximum temperature 90°C (higher possible upon request)
  • Vacuum 25 mbar to 5 bar Stirrer PX-MT, 50-2000 rpm
