PORAFIL NC membranes are made of nitrocellulose (cellulose nitrate). They are well wettable and suitable for the filtration of aqueous solutions. The membranes are temperature stable up to 125 °C in a dry atmosphere and can be sterilised in an autoclave at 121 °C.
