Dry, brittle or fibrous food can be ground with the mill (with a hammer or chopped mill) for analysis. For introduction into the sample vessel, the material to be ground slides through the integrated sieve insert, which has a defined mesh size of 0.2 to 6 mm. Depending on the material to be ground, the grinding tool reaches a particle size of up to 40 μm.
