Three-stage diaphragm pump MPC, T-Series

All ILMVAC diaphragm pumps are compact and functionally constructed.
Maintenance and service is quick and easy.
ILMVAC diaphragm pumps guarantee good final vacuum values and have a long service life.
They work extremely quietly.
Contamination of the process gases with oil does not occur.
ILMVAC diaphragm pumps are tested and delivered according to DIN 28432.
Diaphragm pumps for chemical applications - type MPC - are chemically compatible and resistant to laboratory aggressive solvent and acid vapors.
The pump and connection heads are carbon fiber reinforced with electrical discharge capability.
This prevents electrostatic charging and minimizes the risk ignition of gas mixtures in the pump.
