- The chemically-resistant membrane pump is a double-headed dry running device with integrated KNF self-drying system.
- The pump finds a wide field of application in laboratories, especially where clean vacuum is required and evacuating moist gases, e.g. vacuum drying at vacuum drying ovens (for drying or heat treatment of substances and components) or steam sterilizers for sterilizing instruments, vessels, filters and textiles.
- Because of its high resistance to aggressive media, the pump can be used universally.
- The heart of this very compact pump is the built-in KNF structured membranes (PTFE-coated), which were developed by the elaborate finite element method.
- This reduced the size of the pump and extended the life of the diaphragm.
- The KNF drying system allows the pump to blow condensation at high speed during evacuation.
- The vacuum in the recipient remains constant.
- The drying cycle can be individually adapted to the requirements of a process via three variables.
- The pump achieves a better vacuum after drying and can evacuate significantly faster than pumps without a drying system.
