EZ-IO® infusion needle, 45 mm, yellow, single needle set

The EZ-IO needle set enables fast and safe intravenous access through intraosseous infusions. With a high success rate, it ensures access to the patient's vascular system within seconds. The selection of the correct needle depends on the patient's body weight and tissue density. Made of stainless steel and intended for single use, it offers a dwell time of up to 72 hours. A standard Luer Lock connector allows for easy administration of medication, while flexible puncture locations allow for various applications. The yellow color identifies the needle for adults weighing at least 40 kg or for obese patients and humeral head punctures. The set contains a sterile needle, a connection line, a needle container, a wristband and instructions for use.
