The Inter-Therm HME/F Mini is a sterile packed climate control filter, specially designed for use in anesthesia and intensive care to provide safe respiratory support for patients in the operating room and intensive care unit. Equipped with a rolled paper membrane as an HME element, the filter provides passive and uniform humidification of the breathing gas, ensuring optimal breathing air conditioning. The Inter-Therm protects against cross-infections by reliably shielding the patient, ventilator and environment from bacterial and viral contamination – an efficiency proven by a filter performance of 99.99%.

The filter is lightweight (only 20 g) and, thanks to the flow distributors, allows for an even air flow without high breathing resistance, which increases patient comfort. The Inter-Therm HME/F Mini is available in a sterile version with a Luer port and standardized connections (22F/15M - 22M/15F) and fits perfectly to the patient connection in the ventilation system. With a compressible volume of 28 ml, the filter is also ideal for use in the pediatric field at low tidal volumes starting at 90 ml.
