The Mesotest II vision testing device is a state-of-the-art solution for testing twilight vision and glare sensitivity. Four contrast levels with glare (ambient luminance 0.10 cd/m²) and four contrast levels without glare (ambient luminance 0.032 cd/m²) are tested. The device is controlled via a practical keypad with LCD line display. The test sequence is pre-programmed, which ensures safe operation. By simply pressing a button, the test program runs without the need to change test panels. Thanks to its closed view, the Mesotest II can also be used in bright rooms. The test is performed under natural visual conditions without device accommodation and is independent of different pupillary distances of the patients. The compact design of the device makes it easy to transport in the carrying case supplied, and it weighs just 7.8 kg.
